Terms of use

These terms set the conditions for using the Structure Computer site (“the site”) and its computing feature (“the computing service”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Computed results

• The computing service computes for the system and states entered, and returns the answer with its kind and a certificate.
• A certain answer rests on the independent checker and on theorems proved in Lean. Some parts are not proved, however, such as that the checker reproduces the definitions of the theorems correctly (“Certificates and checking”). A statistical answer is not a theorem.
• The operator does not guarantee that the computed results, certificates or documents are correct, or that they fit any particular purpose. When you use them for decisions such as those involving safety, confirm them on your own responsibility.

Using the computing service

• The computation of each question has a time limit (10 minutes).
• Do not use the service in ways that put an excessive load on the compute server, such as automated mass submissions.
• The operator may stop, change or restrict the computing service without notice.

What you enter

What you enter (the system, the states, the field and the settings of the questions) is sent to the compute server to be computed, and may be stored (“Privacy policy”). Do not enter information that should be kept secret.

Intellectual property

• Structure Computer is patent pending.
• The rights to the site's texts, figures, examples and software belong to the operator or their rightful holders.
• You may freely save, share and check the answers and certificates the computing service returns.

Prohibited conduct

• Attacks on the site or the compute server, unauthorised access, or anything that disrupts its operation
• Anything contrary to laws, regulations or public order and morals

Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for damage arising from using the site, or from being unable to use it, except where caused by the operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms as needed. The changed terms take effect when they are posted on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
